Dear friends!
I will do mime trainings with a group of people that want to learn more about dutch mime and pantomime in Amsterdam.
The workshop will be interesting for beginners and challenging enough for professionals. If I would have a big group then we could divide it in two groups. For now I need to know who would like to join. Or maybe you know somebody who is interested? please share this :)
For those who don't know me:
I am looking forward to start teaching mime. Already for long time I want to do it again. And from September I have possibilities to teach. First in August I will give workshop for teachers in Dordrecht, later in September and October I will teach in Theaterschool Weesp and than I will give short workshop in Stockholm. My first teaching experience started in 2008. I was teacher in Ukraine in Circus Academy and professional dance school for children. Later gave a lot workshops in Mime Wave projects.
I graduated in 2007 from Circus Academy pantomime department in Kyiv (Ukraine) and later in 2014 Amsterdam Theaterschool (AHK) , Mime department. Two really different schools of mime but have something really important in common MOVEMENT / BODY / MIME TRAINING.

MAAS Rotterdam - Voor de Leeuwen 2018
In January I made a performance with 4 other makers at MAAS Rotterdam. It was a celebration of the 5 years existance of theater company MAAS and we made this performance by using decor from their theater plays in those years.Click here for more information

Solo - Water - Over 't IJ Festival
First week at Fabcity (from Europe by People) on Java Eiland Amsterdam! Working on my solo Water for Over het IJ Festival! I got my own sea container with a great view! My own little atelier/ stage for almost 2 months :) I really like the atmosphere on Java Eiland and recommend to check it out. There are free tours every day at 15-00 and 16-00. They made a little 'eco-town', with self sustainable systems. Sounds big:) and I find it is interesting. There are also time to time cultural events. And there 10 theatermakers from Over het IJ working every Friday, Saturday and Sunday - Over het IJ Zeecontainerprogramma bij FabCity (27 mei - 26 juni) ! I am also there those days working on my solo and present it in July.

Mime Wave - Metarmophosis
I directed my new theater performance called Metamorphosis!It's about changes in Ukraine.
Together with 5 great Ukrainian actors and the music duo Mariothijs.
From January 17 till 26 we got the great privilige to be able to make our new performance Metamorphosis in the beautifull Cultural Center of Lublin!! This is with support of Kronfrontacje Festival.

If anything is possible, what can you do? How far can you go? Actress Rosa van Leeuwen and the Ukranian mime performer Anastasiia Liubchenko are bringing to life their deepest desires and most childlike fantasies. They are challenging each other and the audience, trying to find answers to the question: how big is your dream?
Als alles mogelijk is, wat kun je dan allemaal doen? Hoe ver kun je gaan? Actrice Rosa van Leeuwen en de Oekraïense mime speler Anastasiia Liubchenko brengen hun diepste verlangens en meest kinderlijke fantasieën tot leven.
